All of Wellhire's assessments are developed in tandem with qualified subject-matter experts in adherence to our testing Content Development Process (CDP). Our process serves to minimize the risk of content issues related to quality issues, and increases our platform's ability to reflect objective, consistent, test taker performance. Below are the general steps included in our CDP methodology.


Content Development Process


Because no process is perfect, Wellhire candidates are provided with brief, standardized surveys following every assessment. Doing so allows us to pinpoint potential quality issues, and serves as a baseline view of perception regarding every test in our catalog. Our team continuously monitors candidate perception to identify areas of improvement and overall effectiveness.



Test Delivery

The Wellhire platform was developed from the ground up to provide the most realistic Computer Based Testing (CBT) environment available. Absolutely no downloads, browser plug-ins, or other special software is required by Wellhire end users to take advantage of our system. How can we achieve this? Our development framework, implemented in 2008, utilizes Microsoft's AJAX technology platform to provide a consistent, friendly end user experience which is timed and tracked.

At the core of Wellhire's platform is the TestWell Engine, an online test simulation engine designed and developed to reflect a simple, fair, and realistic candidate testing process. Implemented entirely in AJAX, the TestWell Engine requires only a standard desktop web browser to provide candidates with a fully featured, timed testing environment.



Our Background

Wellhire is owned and operated by SSI Logic, an organization focused on the delivery of professional assessments and online courseware tools. The technology solution for Wellhire was initially developed by SSI Logic's founder, Christopher Scordo (PMP, ITIL), who wasn't satisfied with the quality of existing online assessment tools. As a leader in assessing technical aptitude among technical professionals, SSI Logic's online tools are relied on by thousands of students worldwide.

Wellhire evolved from the assessment and simulation technology developed by SSI Logic, and is designed to cover a much broader range of assessment content; focusing on professional management and technical skills most sought after in both commercial and public sector workplace.
