Taking Tests (for Candidates)

What do my candidates need to download when they take an assessment?
Nothing needs to be downloaded by your candidates when they take a WellHire test. Our testing interface works in all desktop web browsers.
How will my candidates access their test online?
When you assign a test to your candidates, we'll send them an email with a numeric PIN, and instructions on how to access the testing site.
Will my candidates see their results once they've completed a test?
No. Only you can see the results of a candidate's performance on a test. We leave it up to you to decide whether the test results should be shared with your candidate.
What happens if a candidate closes their browser during a test, or attempts to restart the test through some other means?
When you view your candidate's test results, we'll show you if the candidate restarted the test in some manner. However unlikely, candidates do occasionally exit their web browser on accident.
Do candidates have a time limit when taking a test?
Yes. Each test has a pre-determined time limit which is displayed within a live timer while the candidate takes the test. If time runs out while the test is in progress, completed responses will be submitted automatically.
Are candidates able to review their test responses before they submit their test for calculation?
Yes. As in a real test environment, people may need to go back to a previous question to review their response. We allow candidates to mark and return to previous test questions before they submit their test for calculation. Once a test has been submitted, candidates are not able to return to any questions.
